The flow
How a booking works
Customers browse services or search for a specific type of worker nearby.
A booking request is sent with job details, preferred schedule, and location.
Payment is collected upfront via PayMongo — GCash and cards supported.
The worker accepts, completes the job, and updates the booking status in-app.
A platform fee is deducted and the net payout is released to the worker.
Both parties can leave reviews — building the reputation of the community.
Payments
Cashless & secure
Workermo processes payments through PayMongo, supporting GCash and major cards — so customers can pay without cash.
Funds are held until the booking is complete and any disputes are resolved, then released to the worker according to platform timelines.
