This policy applies to customers and workers using the Service, including browsing, messaging, bookings, dispute handling, and payment-related flows.

We collect information to operate the Service. Depending on how you use Workermo, this may include:

• Personal Identification: name, phone number, email address (if provided), and profile photo.
• Account & Profile Data: your role, bio, worker services, skills, pricing, availability, and preferences.
• Booking & Service Data: job descriptions, schedules, addresses, booking status updates, disputes, and support communications.
• Communication Data: messages and attachments exchanged through in-app chat.
• Verification Data: identity submissions such as government ID images and clearance documents when required.
• Payment & Transaction Data: payment method selection, statuses, transaction references, fees, and related timestamps.
• Device & Usage Data: device model, OS, app version, IP address, and basic analytics events.
• Location Data (optional): approximate location to help discover nearby workers/jobs. You can disable this in device settings.

• Account Management: create, verify, and manage accounts and authentication sessions.
• Marketplace Operations: show relevant workers/jobs, enable bookings, and support job completion workflows.
• Payments, Commission, Payouts, Refunds: facilitate payment collection, apply platform fees, and support payout/refund operations.
• Communication: enable chat and send transactional notifications.
• Safety & Security: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity.
• Analytics & Improvement: measure performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve features.
• Legal & Compliance: comply with legal obligations and maintain records for audits and disputes.

Location features are optional. If enabled, Workermo may use location information to improve discovery and matching.

You can control location access through your device permissions and may use some features with reduced functionality if location is disabled.

Workermo uses PayMongo as a payment processor, which may enable payment methods such as GCash.

When you make a payment, your payment is processed by PayMongo and/or the applicable payment method provider. Workermo receives and stores transaction metadata needed for operations.

Workermo does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment credentials are handled by PayMongo according to their systems and policies.

• With Other Users: limited profile and booking information is shared between customers and workers to coordinate services.
• With Service Providers: infrastructure and operational providers under contractual safeguards.
• With Payment Partners: PayMongo and related payment method providers for payment collection, refunds, and payouts.
• With Authorities: when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Workermo may use cloud infrastructure or service providers that process or store information on servers located outside the Philippines. Where applicable, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Maintaining accurate booking and transaction records.
• Complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required.

You may request deletion of your Workermo account and associated personal information, subject to retention requirements described above.

To request deletion: use the in-app account settings or contact support at support@workermo.com.

Workermo uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, secure communication, and monitoring for abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use strong passwords, keep your device secure, and report suspicious activity to support.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of information we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and certain personal information.
• Objection / Restriction: object to or request restriction of certain processing.
• Data Portability: request export of certain information where feasible.

Workermo is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices, features, or legal requirements.

When changes are material, we may notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
