How do I book a worker?
Download the app, browse services, and open a worker profile. Use chat to confirm scope, schedule, and price, then send a booking request to lock it in.
How do I become a worker?
Download the app and register as a worker. Complete the profile, submit verification requirements if needed, and add services. Once approved, customers can discover and message you.
Where can I see the fees?
Any applicable fees are shown before confirmation in the app. For a general overview, visit the Fees page.
What if there is a dispute?
Open the booking in the app and use the report/dispute option. Share a clear description and any photos or proof. Support will review the case based on platform policies and booking records.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed through PayMongo. For eligible bookings, funds may be held until completion to help protect both customers and workers.
